What to include
- The email address connected to your Drift Bottle account.
- Your platform: iOS, Android, or Web.
- A short description of the issue.
- Screenshots only when they do not expose sensitive personal information.
Safety issues
If you are reporting harassment, sexual content, spam, illegal content, or dangerous behavior, use the in-app report button where possible. If the app is unavailable, email support with “Safety report” in the subject.
App store review notes
Drift Bottle supports email login, user-generated bottles and chats, image upload, reporting, push notifications, profile editing, conversation deletion, and in-app account deletion.
