Delete your account
Drift Bottle lets you delete your account directly inside the app. This page also provides a support path if you cannot access your account.
Delete in the app
- Open Drift Bottle.
- Sign in with your email account.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation dialog and confirm deletion.
What is deleted
- Your authentication account and email login.
- Your profile, nickname, avatar, gender, and birth date.
- Your bottles, messages, uploaded images, and chats.
- Your push notification tokens and local app cache.
- Reports associated with your account where deletion is legally and operationally appropriate.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety investigations, dispute handling, or abuse prevention. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
If you cannot access the app
Email bottle@asstudiox.com from the email address associated with your account and include “Account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask for verification before processing the request.
Timing
In-app deletion is designed to complete immediately. Support requests are normally reviewed within a reasonable period after verification.
